Cost-effective Fabrics

Absolute Display is sells you very cost-effective fabric at 40 cents per square foot. This does not need to be digitally dye-sub printed but can be printed on any make of large-format digital printer using solvent or eco-solvent inks.

Proven Quality

The Absolute Display multi-functional hardware is infinitely superior to any other, for the simple reason that Absolute Display uses strong materials on the upright flagpole section and a different highly-bendable material for the baton where flexibility is required. To locate an affordable product that can be both strong and rigid and yet flexible where flexibility is required requires a compromise and a best-fit product.

Patented Product

Absolute Display divides its product into an upright black anodised aluminium flagpole and a flexible high-strength SOLID fibreglass baton. These two are connected to one another by a patented gooseneck connector. Under comparative trials we find that the Absolute Display flagpole section has superior bending moments at the base, whilst the Absolute Display baton has superior strength / flexibility properties.

Superior Wind Handling Capabilities

The main advantage of the Absolute Display product lies in how it handles wind. Wind seldom blows at constant speeds. It normally comes in gusts, changes directions in eddies and is most volatile.

The Absolute Display product has TWO and not one mechanisms to handle wind: a bearing peg or polypropylene bush allowing the flag to rotate out of the wind; but equally important is the fact that the top baton section bends at the same time as the whole unit swivels out of the wind – and therefore handles gusts of winds and wind eddies very well. The wind tunnel tests have conclusively proved the technical superiority of the Absolute Display system.

Expertly Designed Pegs

Absolute Display has a bearing peg which is superior to any other. The Absolute Display peg section is separate from the bearing section. The peg is deliberately made to be the sacrificial weakest part of the whole system, because steel pegs are easy and economical to replace. Absolute Display has also replaced steel housing with glass-filled nylon housings, as this does not compromise strength but saves on weight. The housing is of a bright red colour to ensure visibility.

Hassle-Free Indoor Use

In many instances one is not allowed to drive pegs into, say, a paved area or locate units in exhibitions where pegs cannot be driven into the floor. The problem is easily overcome by using these attractive, steel indoor/outdoor bases. They are also a proven product.

High-Quality Bags

Packaging of the product is all-important, because the flags are sold to the "image" industry. For this reason, Absolute Display has opted for a padded high-quality canvas bag.

More importantly, the Absolute Display bag measures just over 3 ft in length rather than the standard 5 ft – this means the Absolute Display bags can be transported in the trunk of a car and not diagonally across the back seat. The Absolute Display bag's shoulder-strap enables the unit to be slung over one's shoulder.
